If you are dissatisfied with your new pet for ANY reason (or if it should die) within 90 days of purchase, Crabbi Patti’s will replace that pet at no additional cost.*

*Valid as long as Crabbi Patti’s maintains the aquarium, stocks the livestock on a cleaning visit, and when supplementation and feeding are performed as directed by the maintenance technician. All livestock and aquarium products must be purchased from Crabbi Patti’s. ANY deviation from these terms voids this guarantee.

Water change (15% – 25%) using gravel vacuum
Replace water with R/O water – Reconstitute RO added to replace essential elements

Leave R/O freshwater to top off aquarium

Deliver livestock and other merchandise purchased by customer

Test water for pH, ammonia, nitrite, nitrate

Algae-wipe inside of aquarium

Clean inside filter

Replace cartridges, pads, media as necessary (cartridges, pads, and media are not included with service agreement)

DELIVERY & SET-UP

Freshwater:  $85.00 (per hour per person 2 hour min) + $1.00 per gallon*
Saltwater:  $85.00 (per hour per person 2 hour min) + $1.50 per gallon*

Standard Delivery & Set-up Includes:
Deliver + place tank, stand, equipment, and gravel
Ensure stand is level
R/O water (with marine salt if necessary)
Acclimate fish (ensure proper coral + live rock placement for reefs)

ON-SITE CONSULTATION

There is a non-refundable $55.00 fee for any on-site consultation. Once an on-site visit + evaluation is made, the consultation fee can be credited towards the service fee of the next visit.
